A Victorian family home transformed into a light-filled, welcoming space, balancing period character with calm contemporary living.
Design / Define
The project transformed the reception room and entryway of a spacious five-bedroom home with dark, ageing interiors. The main work focused on rethinking the living room layout, reconfiguring a large underused area into three connected zones to improve flow and support modern family living. The scheme balances original period features with a refined contemporary palette, bringing lightness and a sense of ease throughout.
Create / Deliver
Existing furniture and meaningful pieces were thoughtfully integrated to preserve the home’s personal character. The client’s artworks add curated pops of colour against a calm, light backdrop, bringing vibrancy while maintaining cohesion. The result is a layered interior that feels welcoming, elegant, and authentically lived in.
